1. Can I return my order for refund?

If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available.

2. What are the return guidelines?

  • Your address and the item you wish to return must be intact with the tags.
  • The item and the address must be eligible for return.
  • Once the return is processed, you’ll be refunded in your original payment method.
  • In case of any damage or absence of price tags, return policy will be discontinued.

3. Is replacement to a different address possible?

Replacement will not be provided to a different address. We would recommend you return the item ordered and make a new order at the changed address to avoid further inconvenience.

4. When will my credit card be refunded?

The return journey to the warehouse can take up to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. After processing, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial bank.
