If the item delivered is physically damaged/ defective or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement as long as the exact item is available.
Replacement will not be provided to a different address. We would recommend you return the item ordered and make a new order at the changed address to avoid further inconvenience.
The return journey to the warehouse can take up to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. After processing, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial bank.
