1. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

2. Why is my credit card payment not going through?

If you encounter an error when inputting your credit card information, please ensure the following:

• The credit card number and security code are entered correctly.
• The name, billing address, and zip code match the details on your credit card billing statement (this is the most common issue).
• There are sufficient funds in your account if you are using a debit card.
• If an error occurs, your order will not be processed, and you will need to complete the checkout process again. If the problem persists, you may opt to pay via PayPal.

3. How can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled as it is already being prepared for shipment. However, if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@nisargmasalasupari.in, there is a small chance we can still cancel it.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, you can return it by writing RETURN TO SENDER on the unopened package. This will allow us to issue a refund, minus a (amount) shipping and handling fee. If you find yourself in this situation, please email us at info@nisargmasalasupari.in.
